As an AI/ML Intern, you will work on challenging engineering and machine learning problems within Tower Research Capital’s technology environment. The role involves developing AI-powered systems, experimenting with machine learning models and contributing to production-oriented machine learning workflows.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work with modern agentic AI technologies, multi-agent architectures, tool calling, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI coding assistants and machine learning frameworks.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Build and evaluate multi-agent AI systems.
- Work on agent orchestration and tool-calling workflows.
- Integrate AI systems with protocols and frameworks such as Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Develop agentic coding tools and internal automation solutions.
- Use tools such as Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants to accelerate development.
- Develop and implement statistical and machine learning algorithms.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar tools is specifically relevant to the role.
