As a Trainee HR, the selected candidate will support multiple HR functions including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR operations and coordination. The role provides exposure to day-to-day HR activities and coordination across different locations.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Post job positions, screen resumes and coordinate interviews as part of the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with associate service providers for appointment letters and service letters.
- Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure required documentation is completed.
- Maintain and update associate master data in the internal system.
- Manage time and attendance information for third-party associates.
- Collect attendance details and share salary inputs with service providers.
- Check salary registers and invoices and coordinate salary release with relevant teams.
- Coordinate contract extensions and full & final settlements.
- Maintain training records, attendance, feedback forms and assessments.
- Support HR engagement activities and appraisal processes.
