Role Overview
The Analyst will support the implementation, configuration, and testing of Supply Chain Management processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role involves gathering business requirements, assisting with functional documentation, supporting testing and data migration, and helping users during implementation and after go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement-gathering workshops with consultants and business stakeholders.
- Assist with configuring and executing supply chain processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Support the preparation of Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
- Perform unit testing and System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training activities.
- Assist with data migration and master data setup.
- Provide post-go-live support for implemented solutions.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- 0–2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, either as a functional professional or an end user.
- Candidates with experience in other ERP systems may also be considered if they are willing to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- MBA in Supply Chain and Operations, BE in Industrial/Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent relevant educational background.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and operations.
- Willingness to learn ERP configuration, functional documentation, testing, and implementation support.
- Ability to collaborate with consultants, business users, and project teams.
