Role Overview
The apprentice will support recruitment activities across different business functions. The role offers hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, initial screening, candidate engagement, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job descriptions, hiring requirements, and candidate profiles.
