Role Overview
The Quality Associate performs manual audits, investigates exceptions, reviews images and videos, supports address and route-related activities and communicates with stakeholders according to defined SOPs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs to perform manual audits and resolve exceptions.
- Investigate images and videos and recommend actions.
- Listen to customer calls and transcribe information when required.
- Identify patterns from audits and support process improvements.
- Respond to stakeholders within defined SLAs.
- Escalate issues to relevant teams according to established processes.
- Maintain trackers and workflow records.
- Meet productivity, quality, utilization and SLA targets.
- Work across multiple programs based on business requirements.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or another quantitative/technical field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Ability to take directions and communicate with different organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple overlapping tasks.
- Experience with SQL is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24×7 environment.
