About the Role
The Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team is seeking a Quality Associate to provide first-line support for address resolution, geocode correction, map edits, driver support, static route management, and other operational activities related to transportation processes and optimization. Role Overview
The Quality Associate will perform manual audits, investigate exceptions, review images and videos, listen to customer calls, maintain records, respond to stakeholders, and escalate issues according to established processes. Key Responsibilities
