Role Overview

The role involves developing and validating Modem-RF wireless software, drivers and algorithms while working with RF hardware, modem/baseband, ASIC, systems and test engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and validate software for Modem-RF wireless chipsets.
Develop drivers for Modem-RF transceivers.
Optimize Modem and RF transceiver software modules.
Support investigations of complex RF and modem issues.
Collaborate with physical-layer teams on new features.
Work with RF, modem systems, hardware and test engineering teams.
Contribute to software development and debugging on embedded real-time systems.

Eligibility & Required Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent.
0–3 years of experience.
Strong C programming skills and knowledge of C/C++.
Understanding of RF and digital communication systems.
Knowledge of wireless communication systems and RF theory.
Understanding of embedded real-time systems is desired.
LTE or 5G wireless systems knowledge is an advantage.
Understanding of software engineering concepts.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
