Job Description
DATAMARK, Inc. is currently seeking a professional and experienced Customer Service Associate to join the team. The Customer Service Associates will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between Interpreters and customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Determining the language needs of the caller
- Entering appropriate customer information as needed
- Accessing appropriate databases
- Quickly transferring calls to the appropriate staff member
- Providing additional assistance when needed
Requirements / Skills
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to enter and access information using a computer terminal
- Excellent keyboarding skills
