Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Intern will work with Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, Finance and Product teams to analyze business data, improve workflows, solve operational problems and build systems that support scalable revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support processes, reporting and workflows for Customer Success and Renewals teams.
- Analyze customer trends, operational metrics and business performance.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Support and Customer Success teams.
- Create documentation, trackers, dashboards and operational playbooks.
- Support projects that improve customer operations and business execution.
- Use data and analytical tools to understand business performance and trends.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Economics or a related field.
- Strong interest in business operations and SaaS companies.
- Enjoys solving structured problems and analyzing data.
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and analytical tools.
- Interest in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau or Looker.
- Exposure to AI tools for analysis, automation or improving workflows is valued.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
