Role Overview
The role involves software development, automated and manual testing, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, debugging, code reviews, Agile activities and research or proof-of-concept work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software for enhancements and new products.
- Design and code automated functional, integration and regression tests.
- Run manual tests and report metrics and defects.
- Design and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, bug bashes and Agile activities.
- Work with team leads to build applications and assist with research activities and POCs.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis and databases.
- Programming experience in one or more languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, C#, C++, Java or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of unit testing tools such as NUnit, CppUnit, xUnit or JUnit is useful.
- Exposure to databases and data modelling.
- Basic understanding of AWS, DevOps, CI/CD, source control and build automation is an added advantage.
- Strong programming, learning and English communication skills.
