Role Overview
The position supports HR operations by maintaining employee information, processing HR system transactions, preparing employee documents and responding to employee requests through ServiceNow under team guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee information in HR systems.
- Prepare employment, verification and other HR correspondence.
- Handle employee requests and queries through ServiceNow.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Track requests and complete assigned work within timelines.
- Coordinate with HR and internal teams on employee data queries.
- Support process improvement and documentation activities.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc and MBA-HR are preferred backgrounds.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic HR operations knowledge is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
