Role Overview
The Full Stack Developer I will collaborate with development advisors and architects to break down business requirements, design solutions and build scalable front-end and back-end applications while maintaining quality, performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors to break down epics into capabilities and business features.
- Define solution designs and work with domain and solution architects.
- Develop scalable, resilient and high-performing code and microservices.
- Ensure application quality, performance and security.
- Drive code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Manage competing priorities and provide status updates and escalations.
- Own software demonstration content and acceptances.
- Facilitate communication across development teams and business owners.
- Communicate requirements effectively with onsite and offshore vendor teams.
- Act as backup for the development lead when required.
- Mentor and train junior developers and support knowledge transfer.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS or related discipline.
- Two years of relevant front-end and back-end application design and development experience for Standard I level.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office and PC skills.
- Good numerical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and distributed development teams.
