Role Overview
The apprentice will support transaction reporting, investor services, customer communication, distribution services and operational reporting. The role also involves identifying process gaps, supporting efficiency improvements and following applicable procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of transactions received at the Investor Service Centre.
- Manage customer communication and support timely resolution.
- Support distribution and investor services, particularly for corporate customers.
- Coordinate with service providers and highlight discrepancies or gaps.
- Explore process-efficiency suggestions and support customer service improvements.
- Contribute to knowledge-management initiatives.
- Support contingency and leave planning activities.
- Follow process manuals and applicable procedures.
- Support monthly reporting processes.
Eligibility & Required Skills
