Role Overview
The Associate Analyst will collect egocentric video data that captures natural human movement, hand-object interactions and multi-step workflows to support AI and Computer Vision model development.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structured physical activities while wearing a Meta Quest 3 headset.
- Capture clear first-person video data following strict quality guidelines.
- Perform picking, placing, reaching, bending, turning, carrying, packing and sorting activities.
- Work across retail, hotel, warehouse, assembly and laboratory environments.
- Ensure dynamic whole-body movement and clear hand visibility in captured footage.
- Follow operational procedures and quality control standards.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of prior field data collection experience is mentioned in the requirements.
- Basic understanding of lighting, camera exposure and video recording.
- Familiarity with smart devices, mobile applications or VR headsets is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks.
- Comfort wearing a VR headset for extended periods without motion sickness.
- Good communication, punctuality, discipline and time management.
- Willingness to work from office in rotational shifts with 5 working days and 2 weekly offs.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
