- Analyze outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) claims.
- Contact insurance companies regarding claim status.
- Handle payment follow-ups and denial management.
- Investigate claim submission errors and billing issues.
- Escalate recurring issues and trends to management.
- Update call outcomes accurately in billing systems.
- Ensure compliance with process policies and procedures.
- Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Perform claim analysis and payment resolution activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- BA, BBA, B.Com, BCA and B.Sc graduates.
- Passed out between 2020 and 2026.
